Call the police department:
- If there are injuries call 911
- If there are no injuries call the Police Department: 806-775-2816
- Turn on your Emergency Flashers and place any roadside cones or markers you have
- Complete the "Accident Information Form" gathering information on the accident, vehicles, drivers, passengers, and witnesses
- Take pictures of the accident and vehicles
- Ask the police officer for a case number for his report
- Notify your insurance company
